Director, Client Experience
As the Director of Client Experience, Tito plays a pivotal role in overseeing long-term strategic planning and the day-to-day management of key client relationships. With a commitment to ensuring exceptional client experience and seamless communication, Tito acts as a vital liaison between clients, advisors, and our company. In collaboration with the COO, he coordinates with Producers and Client Relationship Managers to lead regular service meetings with clients and their advisory teams, addressing concerns and maintaining strong, lasting relationships. Tito holds FINRA series 7 & 63 securities registrations. Tito lives in Winthrop, MA, and loves spending time with friends and family. He enjoys cooking and traveling, but when he is not doing that, you can find him at the beach with his dog, Winston.
